Crossdressing

Although I have dabbled in wearing women's clothes, especially ladies' undergarments, since my late teens, I did not begin crossdressing on a regular basis until my early 50s. Now, at age 59, I wear women's clothes about 85% of the time when at home, but I am not even close to passing, unless as the bearded lady in the sideshow, so I have never ventured in public when dressed. The one exception is that I have driven down the highway wearing a skirt and blouse several times, and find it intensely enjoyable. I am trying to muster the courage to go to a fast food drive-thru, but we'll see. I live in a small, ultra conservative community in the deep south, and there are weirdos out there that would beat me up (or worse) just because of my choice of clothes.

My wife is incredibly supportive, and buys about 75% of my traditionally female clothing. As my posted photos indicate, I tend to go more for the demure look rather than the party gurl.

I have not really experimented with makeup - it seems an awful lot of trouble unless I was trying to pass which at my age (69 as I write this) is probably not possible. With that said, I find myself becoming more and more fascinated with the idea, and will probably try it soon. Another thing I really want to do is shave most of my body hair, particularly my chest. I am concerned a little about visits to the physician - many of them in this part of the world are Bible Thumpers with all that implies. I also REALLY want to get some breast forms to fill out my blouses and dresses - hopefully real soon now.
